City council to spend $2.5 million on 311 call center - El Paso Times
The City of El Paso will open their new 311 on September 1, 2011. City council agreed to spend 2.5 million annual for an outside contractor to operate this new initiative. I wonder why the City Council chose to outsource the management of the 311 operations? Interesting!
